The accessory units can meet the requirements of multi direction change of conveying and enable rapid circulation of pallets between different production processes.
Lift and Transverse Unit
Used to transfer a pallet horizontally from one conveying line to another perpendicular line
Changes the orientation of the pallet
Can carry a large variety of small conveyors
Curve
Used to convey a pallet through a 90° turn
Does not change the orientation of the pallet in relation to the conveyor
One pallet is passed through at a time. No pallet stacking permitted.
Lift and Positioning Unit
Used to position a pallet on a workstation
Repeat positioning accuracy within ±0.1 mm
Can be used with WP2 series Pallets
Rotate Unit
Used to rotate a pallet to a required orientation
Can maintain or change the orientation of pallet delivery
Can carry a large variety of small conveyors
Lift Unit
Used to transfer a pallet vertically between two or more layers of conveyor lines
A variety of lifting structures are available
Can carry a large variety of small conveyors
