Double-Mast Stacker Crane
The double-mast stacker crane is one of the core components of an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS). Different from a single-mast design, it operates within aisles between storage racks and is mainly used for handling unit loads stored on pallets or in containers.It can also position itself at designated storage locations, allowing operators onboard to pick items according to outbound requirements.
The frame structure consists of two vertical masts, an upper beam, and a lower beam, forming a rigid rectangular frame with high structural stiffness.
